If you’re experiencing issues linking your Capital One 360 account, please make sure you’ve generated an Access Code through your online bank account.
To generate an access code, just follow these steps:
- Sign in to www.capitalone.com with your Customer Number/Saver ID (Username) and PIN.
- Select the 'My Info' tab.
- Go to 'Preferences' and choose the 'Access Code' section.
- Click on the ‘Create Access Code’ button. An Access Code will be generated.
Once you’ve generated the Access Code, you’re all set to relink Capital One 360 within your Acorns app.
