Acorns is only available to U.S. legal residents or citizens that currently reside in the United States. Exceptions are made for active Armed Services personnel that maintain U.S. addresses and are temporarily overseas. Investors outside of the United States are subject to securities and tax regulations within their applicable jurisdictions that are not addressed on Acorns Content.

Contributions made to Acorns Content should be relevant and topical. Please do not publish your own advertisements of any kind on Acorns Social Space. Refrain from publishing, including hyperlinks, inappropriate or offensive materials on any Acorns Social Space. Please do not send any personal, confidential, or account information through Acorns Social Space. Acorns is not subject to obligation of confidentiality for information submitted to Acorns through any social media platforms. Additionally, do not attempt to promote investments (including posting testimonials, giving investment advice, or making recommendations about specific securities, securities strategies, products, or services) on Acorns Social Space.

Acorns may monitor third-party content published on Acorns Social Space but such content is not reviewed before it is displayed.
