Participation in this promotion is (i) limited to individuals that have opened and currently maintain in good standing an account with Acorns, and (ii) subject to Acorns’ Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Contributions to your Acorns’ account will only be made in connection with Enrollment (as defined below) into the BillShark program (x) using a valid credit or debit card that has previously been properly linked to your Acorns Core account, and (y) that is successfully completed between midnight (Pacific Standard Time) on February 13, 2017 and midnight (Pacific Standard Time) on January 31, 2018 (provided that Acorns may, from time to time in its sole discretion, shorten, extend or otherwise modify such time period by posting such changes at its website or within the Acorns mobile application). A valid enrollment into the BillShark program (“Enrollment”) meets the following criteria: the individual has (i) provided BillShark with their name, address, phone, email, date of birth, last 4 of SSN, valid form of payment, bill copy or provider login; (ii) submitted a bill less than sixty (60) days past due; and (iii) submitted a bill from a satellite TV, satellite radio, cable TV, internet, WiFi, phone,
home security, self-storage, or water delivery provider in the United States or Canada .For avoidance of doubt, bills from utility/water, insurance, credit card, mortgage, and recurring streaming video services priced under $15 per month (e.g. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, YouTube Red) are not eligible. Contributions will be equal to $10 for each Enrollment, but no more than 1 contribution in total will be made in connection with this promotion for each eligible Acorns Core account. While it is intended that contributions to your Acorns Core account be completed within 60 days from each Enrollment, delays may occur and neither Acorns nor BillShark will be liable in connection with any such delay. Acorns is not a party to and makes no warranties regarding any transaction with BillShark, and as such shall not be liable in connection with any dispute or other issues that may arise in connection with any such Enrollment. Acorns shall at all times be entitled to correct any errors or mistakes contained within any promotion, reward or similar notification, regardless of the date of discovery of any such error or mistake, and the applicable Acorns customer will remain entitled only to the reward Acorns determines was actually earned. To the extent an Acorns customer believes that he or she is entitled to a reward that has not been contributed to such customer’s Acorns Core account, such customer must notify Acorns within 60 days from the applicable Enrollment date by either sending an e-mail to support@acorns.com or completing and submitting a support request at https://www.acorns.com/support/contact. Acorns will, upon timely receipt of any such notice, investigate such support request, and Acorns’ decision in respect of such matter shall be final and binding. Eligibility to participate in certain promotions may require the allowance of cookies on the applicable mobile device, and may also require other device settings as determined by Acorns from time to time. Acorns shall be entitled to terminate or cancel all or any portion of this or any other promotion at any time by either providing e-mail notice to its customers or posting such cancellation or termination notice at its website or within its mobile application.
