Hotel Tonight - 2018-01-02 - Terms and Conditions

Participation in this promotion is (i) limited to individuals that have opened and currently maintain in good standing an account with Acorns, and (ii) subject to Acorns’ Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Contributions to your Acorns’ account will only be made in connection with hotel bookings in excess of $100 that are completed through the www.hoteltonight.com mobile application (x) using a valid credit or debit card that has previously been properly linked to your Acorns Invest account, and (y) that are completed between midnight (Pacific Standard Time) on August 16th, 2016 and midnight (Pacific Standard Time) on January 31st, 2018 (provided that Acorns may, from time to time in its sole discretion, shorten, extend or otherwise modify such time period by posting such changes within the Acorns mobile application). Contributions will be equal to $10 for each such booking in excess of $100 (inclusive of taxes and fees paid by you in connection with the applicable booking), and shall only be made for completed and fully paid bookings. While it is intended that such contribution will be completed within 60 days from such eligible purchase, delays may occur and neither Acorns nor HotelTonight will be liable in connection with any such delay. Acorns Advisers, LLC will, in its discretion, purchase investments in your Acorns Invest account upon completion of each deposit resulting from this promotion. Acorns is not a party to and makes no warranties regarding any purchase from or transaction with or through HotelTonight, and as such shall not be liable in connection with any dispute, incorrect booking, hotel errors or other issues that may arise in connection with any such booking. To the extent an Acorns customer believes that he or she is entitled to a reward that has not been contributed to such customer’s Acorns Invest account, such customer must notify Acorns within 60 days from the applicable transaction date by either sending an e-mail to support@acorns.com or completing and submitting a support request at https://www.acorns.com/support/contact. Acorns will, upon timely receipt of any such notice, investigate such support request, and Acorns decision in respect of such matter than be final and binding. Eligibility to participate certain promotions may require the allowance of cookies on the applicable mobile device, and may also require other device settings as determined by Acorns from time to time. Acorns, in connection with making this and other promotions available, is paid a fee or series of fees by each of the participating businesses. Acorns shall be entitled to terminate or cancel all or any portion of this or any other promotion at any time by either providing e-mail notice to its customers or posting such cancellation or termination notice at its website or within its mobile application.
