To participate in Acorns Earn promotions, you must have an Acorns Invest Account in good standing.
Contribution: $1 for each eligible Renters' transaction that has been completed with Partner.
Eligible Transaction: Explore becoming a Nationwide policyholder by obtaining a Renters' quote through clicking the Partner link in the Acorns app and/or email and immediately completing the quote. To receive an Acorns Earn reward based on a quote, you must fully complete the quote for the eligible insurance product; meet the eligibility requirements to complete the quote; and accurately provide all valid information and consents necessary to complete the insurance quote process. Receipt of an Acorns Earn reward does not guarantee that Nationwide will provide you an insurance policy.
Limitations: New Customers Only. Limit one (1) reward per customer. This promotion is only eligible in the following states: Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Tennessee. Use with other promotions, discounts, gift cards, and/or coupons may disqualify you from receiving an Acorns Earn reward for this partner. If you visit other sites before completing your quote or activate other cash back/reward sites or browser extensions, your quote might be associated with a service other than Acorns and you may be ineligible for an Acorns Earn reward on your quote. Use of ad-blocking or cookie-blocking software or device settings can prevent Acorns from recognizing your quote(s) and as a result can make you ineligible for Acorns Earn.
Promotion Period: You must successfully complete the eligible transaction after midnight (Pacific Time) on March 15, 2022. Acorns may, from time to time at its sole discretion, end, extend, shorten, or otherwise modify such time period by posting changes at its website or within the Acorns app.
Notification and Posting: You will typically be notified within 3-7 business days of successfully completing an eligible transaction, and contributions to your Acorns Invest Account will typically be posted within 120 days thereafter.
Nationwide makes no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind concerning performance of the Acorns service. Under no circumstances shall Nationwide or any of its affiliates, or their vendors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, whether any claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence) or otherwise (even if any of them have been advised of the possibility of such damages). This limitation of liability shall apply however damages arise, including, without limitation, whether the damages arise from use or misuse of the Acorns service, inability to use the Acorns service, or the interruption, suspension or discontinuation of the Promotion (including, without limitation, such damages incurred by third parties).
Acorns is not a party to and makes no warranties regarding any purchase from or transaction with the Partner, and as such shall not be liable in connection with any dispute, faulty or defective merchandise or other issues that may arise in connection with any such purchase or transaction. While it is intended that contributions to your Acorns Invest Account be completed within 120 days from the last date on which any item included within an eligible transaction is able to be returned to the Partner in accordance with the Partner’s standard return policy, delays may occur and neither Acorns nor the Partner will be liable in connection with any such delay. You will be notified via e-mail, through the Acorns mobile application or via other means within 3-7 business days of successfully completing an eligible transaction included within this promotion, however Acorns will not be liable in the event any such notice is not timely sent or received. Eligibility to participate in certain promotions may require the allowance of cookies on the applicable mobile or desktop device, and may also require other device settings as determined by Acorns from time to time. You may also be required to disable any ad blocking or private browsing in your browser settings to receive certain Acorns Earn offers.
To the extent an Acorns customer believes that they are entitled to a reward that has not been contributed to such customer’s Acorns Invest Account, such customer must notify Acorns within 60 days from the applicable transaction date by either sending an email to email@example.com or completing and submitting a support request at https://www.acorns.com/support/contact. Acorns will, upon timely receipt of any such notice, investigate such support request, and Acorns’ decision in respect of such matter shall be final and binding.
