To participate in Found Money promotions, you must have an Acorns Invest Account in good standing.

Contribution:  1.5% of the purchase price not including taxes, fees, or shipping and handling charges, for each eligible transaction that has been paid in full but not returned.

Eligible Transaction:  Any purchase from Partner made by clicking the Partner link in the Acorns app and/or email and immediately completing the transaction. 

Limitations:  This promotion is not valid on the purchase of the following: Apple Watch Series 6,  Apple Watch SE, 8th generation iPad, all-new iPad Air, updated iMac 27-inch, Mac Pro, Apple Pro Display XDR, gift cards, gift wrap, Bose products, Apple Developer Programs and shipping. Apple sells and ships products to end user customers only; you may not purchase for resale. Eligible only to a customer for up to five (5) units per eligible product, except iPhone, in which case only two (2) units within a thirty-day (30-day) period are eligible. Orders purchased on the Government or Military and Veteran’s Stores are not eligible for additional Apple rewards. Purchases through the Employee Purchase Program are not eligible for this promotion. Contributions are made by Acorns, not the Partner. Use with other promotions, discounts, gift cards, and/or coupons may disqualify you from receiving a Found Money reward for this partner. If you visit other sites before completing your purchase or activate other cash back/reward sites or browser extensions, your purchase might be associated with a service other than Acorns and you may be ineligible for a Found Money reward on your purchase. Use of ad-blocking or cookie-blocking software or device settings can prevent Acorns from recognizing your purchase(s) and as a result can make you ineligible for Found Money. 

Promotion Period:  You must successfully complete the eligible transaction after midnight (Pacific Time) on August 25, 2020.  Acorns may, from time to time at its sole discretion, end, extend, shorten, or otherwise modify such time period by posting changes at its website or within the Acorns app. 

Notification and Posting:  You will typically be notified within 3-7 business days of successfully completing an eligible transaction, and contributions to your Acorns Invest Account will typically be posted within 120 days thereafter.

Acorns is not a party to and makes no warranties regarding any purchase from or transaction with the Partner, and as such shall not be liable in connection with any dispute, faulty or defective merchandise or other issues that may arise in connection with any such purchase or transaction.  While it is intended that contributions to your Acorns Invest Account be completed within 120 days from the last date on which any item included within an eligible transaction is able to be returned to the Partner in accordance with the Partner’s standard return policy, delays may occur and neither Acorns nor the Partner will be liable in connection with any such delay.  You will be notified via e-mail, through the Acorns mobile application or via other means within 3-7 business days hours of successfully completing an eligible transaction included within this promotion, however Acorns will not be liable in the event any such notice is not timely sent or received.  Eligibility to participate in certain promotions may require the allowance of cookies on the applicable mobile or desktop device, and may also require other device settings as determined by Acorns from time to time. Contributions from Partner may be available on the Acorns Google Chrome browser extension.  In order to earn contributions from Partner by utilizing the Acorns Google Chrome browser extension, you must install the extension to your Google Chrome desktop browser, available here.  You may also be required to disable any ad blocking or private browsing in your browser settings to receive certain Found Money offers. 

To the extent an Acorns customer believes that they are entitled to a reward that has not been contributed to such customer’s Acorns Invest Account, such customer must notify Acorns within 60 days from the applicable transaction date by either sending an email to support@acorns.com or completing and submitting a support request at https://www.acorns.com/support/contact.  Acorns will, upon timely receipt of any such notice, investigate such support request, and Acorns’ decision in respect of such matter shall be final and binding. 

Acorns shall be entitled to terminate or cancel all or any portion of this or any other promotion at any time by either providing email notice to its customers or posting such cancellation or termination notice at its website or within its mobile application.  In addition, Acorns reserves the right to reject or void all or any portion of a contribution under this or any other promotion at any time if Acorns suspects the claim to that contribution was obtained or made fraudulently, unlawfully, in a transaction or manner that otherwise lacks a legitimate purpose, or otherwise in violation of these terms.
