You must tap in your Acorns app to redeem and complete a 3-month subscription. Offer ends September 30th, 2017. Rewards are capped at $40 per customer a month.

Participation in this promotion with Birchbox (the “Partner”) is (i) limited to individuals who have opened and currently maintain in good standing an Acorns account, and (ii) subject to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Program Agreement of Acorns Grow, Inc. and/or its subsidiaries. Contributions to your Acorns account will only be made in connection with purchases from or transactions with the Partner (x) consummated by clicking the Partner link designated by Acorns within its mobile application which are thereafter immediately completed on the same mobile device from which such link was originally clicked, (y) using a valid credit or debit card that has previously been properly linked to your Acorns account, and (z) that are successfully completed between midnight (Pacific Standard Time) on April 12th, 2017 and midnight (Pacific Standard Time) on September 30th, 2017 (provided that Acorns may, from time to time in its sole discretion, shorten, extend or otherwise modify such time period by posting such changes at its website or within the Acorns mobile application). Contributions will be $10 for one completed three-month subscription to Birchbox that has been paid in full and not canceled, but (1) shall in no event exceed $40 in total per month, and (2) no contributions will be owing or made to your Acorns account for any otherwise eligible purchases beyond such $40 monthly threshold reached. While it is intended that contributions to your Acorns account be completed within 120 days from the last date on which any item included within an eligible order is able to be returned to the Partner in accordance with the Partner’s standard return policy, delays may occur and neither Acorns nor the Partner will be liable in connection with any such delay. You will be notified via e-mail, through the Acorns mobile application or via other means within 72 hours of successfully completing a purchase included within this promotion, however Acorns will not be liable in the event any such notice is not timely sent or received. Acorns is not a party to and makes no warranties regarding any purchase from or transaction with the Partner, and as such shall not be liable in connection with any dispute, faulty or defective merchandise or other issues that may arise in connection with any such purchase or transaction. To the extent an Acorns customer believes that they are entitled to a reward that has not been contributed to such customer’s Acorns account, such customer must notify Acorns within 60 days from the applicable transaction date by either sending an email to support@acorns.com or completing and submitting a support request at https://www.acorns.com/support/contact. Acorns will, upon timely receipt of any such notice, investigate such support request, and Acorns’ decision in respect of such matter shall be final and binding. Eligibility to participate in certain promotions may require the allowance of cookies on the applicable mobile or desktop device, and may also require other device settings as determined by Acorns from time to time.
