Invalid Login Credentials Error

Round-Ups work by virtually rounding up your transactions, and transferring your change into your investment account, automatically.
 
We need you to provide your online banking login credentials so that we can connect to that checking account and round-up your transactions.
 
If you’re receiving an error message indicating Invalid Login Credentials, follow these steps:
  

1. To ensure the correct credentials are being used, please log into your online banking.

2. Verify that you are entering the correct credentials that your financial institution is requesting you to provide. (Password, Pin, Access Code, etc.)

3. Attempt to link to a different banking web portal if possible.  There are many banks throughout the US that may be listed under the same name.  It’s possible that you may be attempting to link to a completely separate institution that happens to share the same name as your bank.
