To close an Early account:
1. Log into your Acorns account
2. Tap the menu in the top left corner
3. Tap on “Settings”
4. Tap on “My Subscription”
5. Scroll down to the bottom of your subscription and select “Close Account”
6. Select Early from the dropdown
7. Proceed with the prompts to close out the Early account
After the account is closed, funds in an Early account will be sent to your linked bank account in 3-6 business days.
At this time we do not support reopening an Early account that has been closed. However, you can open a new Early account for a child you previously opened an Early account for. Please select the “Early for kids” shortcut on the Home screen or select “Add a Child” on the Early screen.
