In order to access the Dispute Form, please:
- Visit https://www.acorns.com/support/ page
- In the top right-hand corner, click on "Contact Us" to be redirected to a Support form
- Under "What can we help with?", select "Acorns Checking"
- Under "Tell us more", select "I need to dispute a transaction from Acorns"
- Complete the form and provide your signature
- Click on "Submit"
