What do I do if I see unauthorized transactions?

In order to begin our investigation into this transaction, please fill out a Dispute Form where you will be prompted to log in and fill out required information to file a dispute.

In order to access the Dispute Form, please:

  1. Visit https://www.acorns.com/support/ page
  2. In the top right-hand corner, click on "Contact Us" to be redirected to a Support form
  3. Under "What can we help with?", select "Acorns Checking"
  4. Under "Tell us more", select "I need to dispute a transaction from Acorns"
  5. Complete the form and provide your signature
  6. Click on "Submit"

Once you have submitted the form our team will be in contact with you regarding your dispute.
