What is the refund process with Groupon?

All refund requests are handled through Groupon Customer Service at https://www.groupon.com/customer_support.

If you purchased your gift card within the last 24 hours, you can select your order and cancel as long as you have not viewed your gift card code.

After the first 24 hours, or if you viewed your gift card code, Groupon support can help you with your refund.
