To change your phone number:
For Mobile:
- After logging in to your account, tap the menu (avatar) in the upper left corner of the screen
- Tap "Settings"
- Tap “Personal Info”
- Update your phone number
For Web:
- After logging in to your account, click on the menu (avatar) in the upper right corner of the screen
- Click on "Profile & Settings"
- Click on "Personal Info"
- Update your phone number
After changing your phone number you will be walked through the steps to set up Two-factor Authentication to add another layer of protection to your Acorns account. You can learn more about Two-factor authentication here.
Is two-factor authentication required?
We strongly encourage all of our customers to enable two-factor authentication to help protect your information and accounts. If you want to opt-out of this security measure, please contact our Acorns Support team for assistance.
