What is a 1099-R form?

If you meet the requirements set by the IRS, you will receive a 1099-R form from Acorns Securities by January 31, 2019.

You’ll get a 1099-R if, in the 2018 calendar year, you withdrew any money from your Acorns Later account. The information on a 1099-R form is reported by Acorns to you and the IRS.
