If you are are unable to locate your bank, contact our support team by emailing Support@acorns.com.
In the event that your bank isn't currently compatible, you can still contribute to your Acorns Invest account by making one-time Lump Sum Investments or by setting up a Recurring Investment.
To set up a Recurring Investment, simply complete the following steps:
1. From the main menu, select Invest and the appropriate account
2. Select Recurring
3. Select an amount for your new investment
4. Confirm your new investment
5. Tap Save
*Please allow 1-3 business days for this investment to process. Subsequent Recurring Investments will take place according to the chosen frequency.
