My Security Code Is Going To The Wrong Contact Information

When you attempt to connect to a bank through Round-Ups, all security information comes directly from your bank. As such, any incorrect contact information may be indicated as your primary contact method on your banking profile. In order to resolve this issue it is recommend that you log onto your online banking to update your primary contact method. Once you have done so, please follow the steps below to link your account.

Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for your banking information to fully update.

Please complete the following steps to link a Round-up Account:

1. From the main menu, select Invest

2. Select your Core account

3. Select Round-Ups

4. Select Linked Accounts

5. Select Add another card

6. Search for your Financial Institution

7. Link your account by entering your online banking credentials
