If you are experiencing issues with your Round-Up account(s), please try these steps below:
- Log in to your online bank through a desktop browser, not your mobile banking app
- Once you’ve logged in to your bank, click here to go back into the Acorns app and relink your bank account by following the instructions below:
- After logging in to your account, click on the menu (avatar) in the upper right corner of the screen

Click on "Profile & Settings"

Click on "Linked Accounts"

Click on "Link another account"

Search for your bank

Enter your bank’s online banking credentials and click Submit
