If you are requesting a new Acorns debit card because your current card is Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or if you’ve experienced a delivery issue, you can do so right from your Acorns app by taking the steps below.
If you need to request a new card for a reason that is not mentioned above, please contact our Acorns Support team and we will be happy to provide additional assistance!
For Mobile:

Log in to your Acorns mobile app

Tap "Bank smarter"

Tap the "Settings Gear" on the top right-hand corner

Select “Replace card”

Ensure you are on a Google Chrome browser and log in to Acorns.com

Click on "Bank smarter"

Please allow up to 14 business days for your card to be delivered. You will receive an email notification when your card ships!
