I never got my card, what do I do?

Generally, an Acorns debit card orders take about 14 business days to arrive. If you've ordered an Acorns debit card and it has not arrived within 14 business days, you can request a replacement card within your Acorns account by taking the following steps:

For Mobile:

  1. Log onto your Acorns mobile app

  2. Then, click on "Bank smarter"

  3. From here, click on "Settings Gear" on the top right-hand corner

  4. Select “Replace card”

  5. When asked for the reason, select "Delivery Issue" 

 

Web:

  1. Ensure you are on a Google Chrome browser and log onto Acorns.com

  2. Then, click on "Bank smarter"

  3. From here, click on "Settings Gear" on the top right-hand corner

  4. Select “Replace card”

  5. When asked for the reason, select "Delivery Issue" 

 

Please allow up to 14 business days for your card to be delivered. You will receive an email notification when your card ships!
