Why is my app crashing?

If you are experiencing issues logging into your Acorns account, please verify the following:

  1. You are using the correct email address to log in
  2. Your Acorns app is up to date
  3. There is no VPN active on your mobile device

If you are still having difficulty accessing your Acorns account, you may try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, or you may contact us.
