Why Are My Transactions Being Canceled?

We do our best to help you avoid overdraft fees from your bank. Using a SmartDeposit system, we try to detect if an investment from your funding source could put you at risk for a bank fee. If so, we try to pause or cancel that investment.

Please keep in mind that this in not 100% effective due to bank processing times, which are 1-3 business days. During that processing period, if the bank doesn’t relay data to us regarding a low balance in your funding source, the investment will proceed.
