How Can I Reset My Password?

You can change your password within the web app, or within the Android / iOS apps. Please follow the instructions below for each. Note: If you have forgotten your old password please see the “Forgot Password” tool.


Reset Password on Web

Step 1: Log into your account here.
Step 2: From the present screen, click on your avatar in the upper right corner. Click “Settings” via the drop down menu.
Step 3: From the “Device” section select “Change Password”.
Note: You will need to enter your old password AND answer your security question in order to reset your password.


Reset Password on iOS and Android

Step 1: Log into the app via your mobile device.
Step 2: From the present screen, click the hamburger menu in the top left.
Step 3: Select “My Settings” from the navigation menu.
Step 4: Select “Change Password” from the “Device” section.
