Acorns Early Customer Card Activation Promotion Terms and Conditions
GoHenry, Inc. d/b/a Acorns Early (“Acorns Early”) Customer Card Activation Promotion (the “Promotion”) is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Acorns Early Customers are eligible to receive an offer by Acorns Early into their Acorns Early Customer Account (the “Offer”) in the amount specified in the targeted email, push notification, or in-app message the user receives from Acorns Early, if they (1) follow the call to action within any targeted email, push notification, or in-app message received during the period; (2) have an existing, or open a new, Acorns Early Customer Account; (3) have requested and received one or more Acorns Early card(s); and (4) activate and set up one or more Acorns Early card(s) within 7 days of receiving the targeted email, push notification, or in app-message.
Limited time offer. Valid only through the time period set forth in the call to action received. If you close or downgrade your Acorns Early Customer Account before or during the time period set forth in the call to action received, or make any investment that charges back and is not completed, you will not qualify for the promotion.
Definitions
Good Standing means an account with a verified linked funding source for which all required account opening documentation has been completed, and an account status that is not locked, suspended, or otherwise restricted in any way, in Acorns Early or its affiliated entities’ sole discretion.
All terms used but not otherwise defined herein have the same meaning as in the Acorns Early Customer Agreement.
Eligibility
The Acorns Early Customer’s account must be maintained in Good Standing at all times relevant to this promotion. Acorns Early, in limited cases and in its sole discretion, may waive certain reward eligibility criteria.
Offers are typically deposited into the Acorns Early Customer’s Parent Account within 30-45 days from the date of card activation. This timeline may be delayed in Acorns Early’s sole discretion if, by way of example and not limitation, Acorns Early determines or suspects that there are indications of fraud, unauthorized activity, and/or a violation of the Customer Agreement or these terms and conditions.
In the event Acorns Early determines at any time and in its sole discretion that there may have been (i) unauthorized or fraudulent activity related to any account; (ii) a violation of the Customer Agreement or these terms and conditions; and/or (iii) that an Acorns Early Customer Account is otherwise not in Good Standing, whether or not in connection with the Promotion, Acorns Early, by and through any of its affiliated entities, further reserves the right to decline to grant any Offer; and/or withhold, rescind, delay, liquidate, recapture, and/or claw back any Offer already provided and any security or related dollar proceeds derived from such Offer. Acorns Early reserves the right to request additional documentation for identity and/or bank account verification before issuing any payment, as reasonable under the circumstances.
Promotions
From time to time, Acorns Early may offer promotional services, features, or sweepstakes, including by way of example and not limitation, the Acorns Early Referral Program. You agree that by participating in such promotions you are bound by all terms applicable thereto and that Acorns Early may terminate such promotions in its sole discretion. In addition to any terms set forth in any promotion, you acknowledge and agree that your Acorns Early Customer Account, all Product Type(s), and your Acorns User Account (if applicable) must remain open and in Good Standing at all times applicable to the promotion to be eligible for any reward, in Acorns Early’s sole discretion. You further acknowledge and agree that Acorns Early may decline to grant, rescind, claw back, and/or otherwise reverse any financial incentives if you fail to maintain an account in Good Standing or otherwise meet the eligibility requirements set forth in the applicable promotion, or if you are suspected to have engaged in any fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise unauthorized activity with respect to either the Acorns Early Platform or the Acorns Platform, or that you have otherwise breached the terms of this Customer Agreement, the Acorns Program Agreement, any Supplement, or any other applicable terms and conditions.

This promotion is a limited time offer. There is no cash value equivalent and there is no option for a cash alternative to this promotion. Offers are made at the sole discretion of Acorns Early.
