ACORNS EARLY WELCOME BOX PROMOTION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For every eligible person that joins Acorns Early during the promotional period using the promotional discount code, we'll offer a free trial period of 1 month and Welcome Box filled with Acorns Early branded materials (to the home address on file). The free trial means that when the parent and child account is activated, the Monthly Membership Fee ($8 per month for Acorns Early Lite plan or $12 per month for Acorns Gold plan) will not be charged for the first month. This promotional offer is available from 00:01 EDT on 3/31/2026 to 23:59 EDT on 4/7/2026. From time to time we may offer specific promotions which may include different promotions and offers. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any of our other promotions or offers.

Terms and conditions:

• This promotional offer is limited to new customers signing up for an Acorns Early account,  who (i) Activate their parent and child account ; and (ii) meet our Eligibility Criteria (as defined below) (the “Qualifying Conditions”). Please refer to the “This offer is not applicable” section below for more details. 

• The promotional offer provides eligible new Acorns Early customers with a free trial period of 1 month plus a welcome box filled with Acorns Early branded materials (to the home address on file) after  the new customer activates both a parent and child account. The free trial means we will not charge the Monthly Membership Fee for the first month after activation. After the expiration of the one-month free trial period, your subscription will automatically renew and  recurring charges will apply ($8 per month for Acorns Early Lite plan or $12 per month for Acorns Gold plan).

• This promotional offer is valid from March 31, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and April 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

• This promotional offer is open to US residents aged 18 or above that have passed Acorns Early’s required security checks for account activation and maintain an Acorns Early account in Good Standing) (“Eligibility Criteria”).

• As used herein, Good Standing means an account with a verified linked funding source for which all required account opening documentation has been completed, and an account status that is not locked, suspended, or otherwise restricted in any way, in Acorns Early’s sole discretion, at any and all times relevant to this promotion. 

• An “Active” Acorns Early Parent Account is an account where a minimum of $20.00 has been loaded to the parent account by the parent. This money may remain in either the parent account or may be transferred to the child's account.

• Acorns Early will not charge the Monthly Membership Fee for as long as the parent account is not Active, however,  the parent will not be able to use functions that require money (i.e. paying pocket money, buying custom cards, etc.) until the account is funded.

• When the initial one-month free trial period ends, the Monthly Membership Fee ($8 per month for Acorns Early Lite plan or $12 per month for Acorns Gold plan) will be deducted automatically from the available balance on your parent account. Please be aware that Acorns Early membership fees are recurring/continuous authority transactions and your Monthly Membership Fees will be debited on the same day of the month as the day you activated your parent account, or may be deducted on the next business day thereafter if such date falls on a holiday or weekend. By accepting these terms, you expressly consent to the automatic renewal of your subscription and the associated charges after the free trial period ends. You can cancel your Acorns Early membership at any time free of charge in the Acorns Early mobile application or by contacting the Acorns Early Member Services team at (855) 739-2859 or help@acornsearly.com. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before your free trial period ends. For instructions on how to close your account in the mobile application, follow the steps outlined in the “How do I close my Acorns Early Account FAQS.” 

• In the event Acorns Early determines at any time and in its sole discretion there is (i) suspected unauthorized or fraudulent activity related to any account; (ii) a violation of these terms and conditions, (iii) a violation of applicable law or regulation; or (iv) an account is otherwise not in Good Standing, whether or not in connection with this promotion, Acorns Early reserves the right to decline to open or to close your account.  

• This promotion is not open to employees or associates of Acorns Grow, Inc., or any of its subsidiaries.

• This one-month free trial period and allowance offer may be modified or terminated at any time in whole or in part in Acorns Early’s sole discretion without prior notice and/or by posting such modification on our website. 

• The promotion is subject to availability. Redeeming this offer constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• The offer can be redeemed by clicking through to the first stage of the sign-up journey from the landing page (a pre-populated offer code will be applied).

The offer is not applicable:

• If you already have a prepaid card registered with Acorns Early and/or GoHenry or if you already have an Acorns Early and/or GoHenry account.

•  If you apply a different discount code.

•  If you participate in any other offer or promotion.

•  If you purchase other products sold by Acorns Early and/or GoHenry through a 'Cashback' link.

Miscellaneous. Acorns Early accounts must be open, active (one Acorns Early parent account and at least one Acorns Early child account and card has been activated), and in Good Standing at all times relevant to this promotion, in Acorns Early’s sole discretion. As used herein, Good Standing means an account with a verified linked funding source for which all required account opening documentation has been completed, and an account status that is not locked, suspended, or otherwise restricted in any way, in Acorns Early’s sole discretion, at any and all times relevant to this promotion. In the event Acorns Early determines at any time and in its sole discretion there is (i) suspected unauthorized or fraudulent activity related to any account; (ii) a violation of these terms and conditions, (iii) a violation of applicable law or regulation; or (iv) an account is otherwise not in Good Standing, whether or not in connection with this promotion, we reserve the right to (i) delay or decline to grant any referral award amount; and/or (ii) rescind, void, and/or reverse any award amount already provided. This promotion is not open to employees or associates of Acorns Grow, Inc. or any of its affiliated entities.
