Participation in this promotion is (i) limited to individuals that have opened and currently maintain in good standing an account with Acorns, and (ii) subject to Acorns’ Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Contributions to your Acorns’ account will only be made in connection with purchases from www.blueapron.com/acorns by first time customers (i.e. customers that have never previously completed a purchase at or through www.blueapron.com, any affiliated website or any Blue Apron mobile application) (x) using a valid credit or debit card that has previously been properly linked to your Acorns account, and (y) that are successfully completed between midnight (Pacific Standard Time) on August 26, 2016 and midnight (Pacific Standard Time) on February 14th, 2018 (provided that Acorns may, from time to time in its sole discretion, shorten, extend or otherwise modify such time period by posting such changes at its website or within the Acorns mobile application). Multiple meals, ingredients or other items purchased in a single order or via single check-out will be considered one purchase for purposes of this initiative, and hence eligible for one contribution. Contributions will be equal to $30 for each eligible purchase that has been paid in full, but no more than 1 contribution in total will be made in connection with this promotion for each eligible Acorns account. While it is intended that contributions to your Acorns account be completed within 60 days from each eligible order, delays may occur and neither Acorns nor Blue Apron will be liable in connection with any such delay. Acorns is not a party to and makes no warranties regarding any purchase from or transaction with Blue Apron, and as such shall not be liable in connection with any dispute, spoiled or incorrect food or ingredients or other issues that may arise in connection with any such purchase. Acorns shall at all times be entitled to correct any errors or mistakes contained within any promotion, reward or similar notification, regardless of the date of discovery of any such error or mistake, and the applicable Acorns customer will remain entitled only to the reward Acorns determines was actually earned. To the extent an Acorns customer believes that he or she is entitled to a reward that has not been contributed to such customer’s Acorns account, such customer must notify Acorns within 60 days from the applicable transaction date by either sending an e-mail to support@acorns.com or completing and submitting a support request at https://www.acorns.com/support/contact. Acorns will, upon timely receipt of any such notice, investigate such support request, and Acorns decision in respect of such matter than be final and binding. Eligibility to participate certain promotions may require the allowance of cookies on the applicable mobile device, and may also require other device settings as determined by Acorns from time to time.
