Acorns Up To Financial Literacy Month Challenge Terms and Conditions
Acorns Grow, Inc. (“Acorns”) Financial Literacy Month Challenge (the “Promotion”) is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Between 12:00am ET on 4/1/2026 and 11:59pm ET on 4/30/2026 (the “Promotion Period”) Acorns Users are eligible to participate in the Financial Literacy Month Challenge, which consists of five (5) separate Weekly Challenges as described below. Each Weekly Challenge is a standalone promotion with its own eligibility requirements and Reward. To be eligible for a Weekly Challenge Reward, the Acorns User must: (1) complete the qualifying action during each applicable weekly period; and (2) be the first person to email education@acorns.com during or after the applicable weekly period to indicate completion of that Weekly Challenge. The first eligible participant for each Weekly Challenge whose qualifying action is verified by Acorns in its sole discretion will receive a bonus investment match in an amount specified below (the “Bonus Investment Amount”) into their Acorns Invest Account in an amount equal to their qualifying investment activity for that week, up to a maximum of $20 per Weekly Challenge (the “Reward Shares”).
Weekly Challenge Schedule
Each week during the Promotion Period, Acorns will announce a specific financial literacy challenge (each, a “Weekly Challenge”). Each Weekly Challenge is a standalone promotion. Participants may complete the stated qualifying action in any amount during the applicable weekly period. Acorns will match the amount of the participant’s qualifying action for that week, up to $20 per Weekly Challenge.
Week 1 (April 1–5): Make a one-time investment into your Acorns Invest Account.
Week 2 (April 6–12): Set up a daily or weekly Recurring Investment into your Acorns Invest Account.
Week 3 (April 13–19): Make a contribution to your Emergency Fund.
Week 4 (April 20–26): Enable or increase your Round-Ups multiplier.
Week 5 (April 27–30): Make an additional one-time investment into your Acorns Invest Account.
Participants may participate in any or all Weekly Challenges. Each Weekly Challenge will have one (1) winner for a total of five (5) winners, determined as the first verified participant to email education@acorns.com for that week’s challenge. A participant may win multiple Weekly Challenges.
The Bonus Investment Amount will match the amount of each qualifying action, up to $20 maximum. For example, if an Acorns User makes a one-time investment of $15 for Week 1, the Bonus Investment Amount will be $15. Acorns Users can always take a qualifying action of an amount greater to $20 provided that the maximum Bonus Investment Amount will remain $20. For example, if an Acorns user makes a one-time investment of $30 for Week 1, the Bonus Investment Amount will be $20.
Verification. Acorns will verify all qualifying actions by reviewing the participant’s account activity. Acorns reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether a participant has successfully completed any qualifying action. Participants must maintain accurate and complete account records. Acorns’ determination of eligibility and verification shall be final and binding.

The winner for each Weekly Challenge will be the first person to email education@acorns.com during or after the applicable weekly period whose qualifying action for that week is verified by Acorns. In the event of a dispute regarding the timing of submissions, Acorns’ determination shall be final.

Definitions
Good Standing means an account with a verified linked funding source for which all required account opening documentation has been completed, and an account status that is not locked, suspended, or otherwise restricted in any way, in Acorns or its affiliated entities’ sole discretion.
Qualifying Action means the successful completion of the stated investment or contribution for each Weekly Challenge during the applicable weekly period, as determined by Acorns in its sole discretion. Each transaction must be initiated and settled during the applicable weekly period; pending or failed transactions do not qualify. Investments or contributions funded by Reward Shares or other promotional credits do not qualify as Qualifying Actions for purposes of this Promotion.
All terms used but not otherwise defined herein have the same meaning as in the Acorns Program Agreement.
Eligibility
The Acorns User’s account must be maintained in Good Standing at all times relevant to this promotion. Acorns, in limited cases and in its sole discretion, may waive certain reward eligibility criteria. Acorns reserves the right to request additional documentation for identity and/or bank account verification before issuing any payment.
Reward Shares for each Weekly Challenge are typically deposited within 30-45 days of the date winner for that Weekly Challenge is verified. This timeline may be delayed in Acorns’ sole discretion if, by way of example and not limitation, Acorns determines or suspects that there are indications of fraud, unauthorized activity, and/or a violation of the Program Agreement or these terms and conditions.
In the event Acorns determines at any time and in its sole discretion that there may have been (i) unauthorized or fraudulent activity related to any account; (ii) a violation of the Program Agreement or these terms and conditions; and/or (iii) that an Acorns User Account is otherwise not in Good Standing, whether or not in connection with the Promotion, Acorns, by and through any of its affiliated entities, further reserves the right to decline to grant any Reward Amount; and/or withhold, rescind, delay, liquidate, recapture, and/or claw back any Reward Shares already provided and any security or related dollar proceeds derived from such Reward Shares.
Relationship to Program Agreement and Termination
Participation in this promotion remains at all times subject to the terms and conditions of the Program Agreement. This includes, without limitation, the “Dispute Resolution” Section (which includes without limitation your mandatory arbitration agreement); the “Liability” Section (which includes limitation of liability and indemnification provisions); and the “Miscellaneous” Section of the Program Agreement. These shall apply to this Agreement to the same extent as they apply to the Program Agreement. All Reward Shares credited to you under this Agreement for Referrals are subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the Program Agreement relating to Reward Shares. To the limited extent the express terms and conditions of this Agreement and those of the Program Agreement directly conflict, this Agreement shall govern. Acorns reserves the right to change these terms and conditions; to terminate this promotion at any time with or without notice; and/or to modify these terms by posting the same to the Acorns Website. This promotion is not transferable, saleable, or valid in conjunction with certain other offers.
Important Risk Disclosures and Additional Information
This promotion is a limited time offer. There is no cash value equivalent and there is no option for a cash alternative to this promotion. Referral awards are made at the sole discretion of Acorns. Acorns reserves the right to restrict or revoke any and all offers at any time. Acorns, in limited cases and in its sole discretion, may waive certain reward eligibility criteria when a new customer does not meet all criteria during the promotional period. Acorns reserves the right to request additional documentation for identity and/or bank account verification before issuing payments.
