The Acorns Gold GoHenry Benefit Waiver Promotion
Subject to these terms and conditions (the “Benefit Terms”), when you meet the eligibility requirements described below, you will be eligible to qualify for a limited waiver of your GoHenry Monthly Membership Fee (as defined in the GoHenry Cardholder Terms and Conditions) when you open and fund a GoHenry by Acorns membership while an Acorns Gold Tier Subscriber in good standing (the “Acorns Gold GoHenry Benefit”).
The Acorns Gold GoHenry Benefit is available only to Acorns subscribers who subscribe to the Acorns Gold Tier and is for the monthly GoHenry Child or Family Plan Membership Fee, subject to these Waiver Terms. You will remain responsible for any other fees that you owe under the GoHenry Cardholder Terms and Conditions that are not included in the monthly GoHenry Child or Family Plan Membership Fee, as applicable.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Acorns Gold GoHenry Benefit each month, you must (i) subscribe to the Acorns Gold Tier, (ii) complete registration and activation for a GoHenry Child or Family Plan using the same email address associated with your Acorns account, and (iii) maintain your accounts in good standing.
Subject to the limitations below, the Acorns Gold GoHenry Benefit will apply to your monthly GoHenry Monthly Membership Fee for so long as you have an open and in good standing Acorns Gold Tier Subscription (the “Benefit Period”). For the avoidance of doubt, if you do not have an open and in good standing GoHenry membership, you will not be eligible for this Acorns Gold GoHenry Benefit.
Limitations
This Benefit is only available to customers of Acorns for GoHenry Membership Fees incurred on or after August 7, 2023. This waiver is not transferable and is limited to one GoHenry Membership. The Acorns Gold GoHenry Benefit will continue until the EARLIER of (i) your Acorns Gold Subscription is closed, (ii) you opt into a pricing tier other than Acorns Gold, or (iii) either or both of your Acorns or GoHenry Accounts fall out of good standing. We may, in our sole discretion, extend the Acorns Gold GoHenry Benefit to a customer who otherwise should have had such waiver terminated.
We, and GoHenry, reserve the right to determine in our and/or its sole or joint discretion whether an account is closed and/or in good standing. An account in good standing for purposes of this Acorns Gold GoHenry Benefit is an account for which all required opening documentation has been completed and verified, and is not locked, suspended, or restricted, or otherwise flagged in any way. If any of your Acorns Portfolio Accounts, your Acorns Subscription, or GoHenry Accounts or Membership are closed or not in good standing for any reason at any time, any future fee waiver will be forfeited. Acorns reserves the right to revoke or deny any Acorns Gold GoHenry Benefit if it has reason to believe there is fraud or other improper actions taken to claim or maintain the waiver.
The fee waiver available pursuant to this Promotion is for your monthly GoHenry Child or Family Membership Fee, and you remain responsible for any other fees that you owe that are not included in your monthly GoHenry Membership Fee as well as your Acorns Subscription Fee. A list of such ancillary fees is included in the GoHenry Cardholder Terms and Conditions. The fee waiver available pursuant to this promotion shall not apply in the event you elect to downgrade your monthly Acorns Gold Subscription Fee at any time during the Waiver Period. Each Acorns Portfolio account is an individual brokerage account advised by Acorns Advisers, LLC. Acorns is not responsible for any failure on your part to meet standards for qualifying for this promotion. Acorns may withhold or recover any fees waived if Acorns determines that such fee waiver was obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided when opening your account or applying for the Acorns Account or GoHenry Account, or that any terms of the Acorns Program Agreement, Terms of Use, or these Benefit Terms, or the GoHenry Cardholder Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use, or other governing agreements have been violated.
You are not entitled to the waiver value unless you meet all requirements contained in these Acorns Gold GoHenry Benefit Terms for each consecutive month from the date you are notified of your qualification for the Acorns Gold GoHenry Benefit, and for so long as you maintain your eligibility.
Acorns reserves the right to reward the monthly amount of the Acorns Gold GoHenry Benefit in a manner other than a removal of Membership Fees owed, such as a refund, or by investing the amount in your Acorns Invest Account. In the event Acorns determines to change the payout mechanism of the Acorns Gold GoHenry Benefit, you will be notified prior to such change. Should Acorns change the name or features of the “Acorns Gold Tier” you will be notified of such change and how it impacts the Acorns Gold GoHenry Benefit. Acorns reserves the right to amend or cancel this waiver and/or these Benefit Terms at any time. Waiver available to U.S residents only. This promotion is non-transferrable.
