This promotional offer is limited to new customers signing up for an Acorns Early account, who (i) Activate their parent and child account ; and (ii) meet our Eligibility Criteria (as defined below) (the “Qualifying Conditions”). The promotional offer provides eligible new Acorns Early customers with $25 free allowance (which will be automatically transferred into the parent's Acorns Early parent account) once the new customer activates both a parent and child account.

This promotional offer is open to US residents aged 18 or above that have passed Acorns Early’s required security checks for account activation and maintain an Acorns Early account in Good Standing) (“Eligibility Criteria”).
As used herein, Good Standing means an account with a verified linked funding source for which all required account opening documentation has been completed, and an account status that is not locked, suspended, or otherwise restricted in any way, in Acorns Early’s sole discretion, at any and all times relevant to this promotion.
An “Active” Acorns Early Parent Account is an account where a minimum of $20.00 has been loaded to the parent account by the parent. This money may remain in either the parent account or may be transferred to the child's account.
Please be aware that Acorns Early membership fees are recurring/continuous authority transactions and your Monthly Membership Fees will be debited on the same day of the month as the day you activated your parent account, or may be deducted on the next business day thereafter if such date falls on a holiday or weekend. You can cancel your Acorns Early membership at any time free of charge in the Acorns Early mobile application or by contacting the Acorns Early Member Services team at (855) 739-2859 or help@acornsearly.com. In the event Acorns Early determines at any time and in its sole discretion there is (i) suspected unauthorized or fraudulent activity related to any account; (ii) a violation of these terms and conditions, (iii) a violation of applicable law or regulation; or (iv) an account is otherwise not in Good Standing, whether or not in connection with this promotion, Acorns Early reserves the right to decline to open or to close your account.
This promotion is not open to employees or associates of Acorns Grow, Inc., or any of its subsidiaries.
