Acorns Streaks Commitment Rewards Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR INVESTMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR BE SELECTED AS A POTENTIAL WINNER. AN ELIGIBLE ACORNS INVEST ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE A PRIZE. ACCOUNT APPROVAL AND SUBSCRIPTION FEES APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION, EXCEPT AS PROVIDED BELOW. ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.

By entering or otherwise participating in a Weekly Sweepstakes, you agree to these Official Rules.

1. Sponsor and Weekly Sweepstakes

Acorns Grow Incorporated, 5300 California Ave., Irvine, CA 92617 (“Sponsor”), is conducting the seven (7) separate weekly sweepstakes listed in Section 2 (each, a “Weekly Sweepstakes”). Each Weekly Sweepstakes has its own entry period, drawings, and prizes. Entries do not carry over from one Weekly Sweepstakes to another. These Official Rules are available at https://www.acorns.com/streaks-commitment-rewards-terms/.

2. Entry Periods and Drawings

Each Weekly Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on the Monday listed below and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on the following Sunday. Potential winners will be selected on the following Monday:

• Weekly Sweepstakes 1: Entries October 12–18, 2026; drawing October 19, 2026.
• Weekly Sweepstakes 2: Entries October 19–25, 2026; drawing October 26, 2026.
• Weekly Sweepstakes 3: Entries October 26–November 1, 2026; drawing November 2, 2026.
• Weekly Sweepstakes 4: Entries November 2–8, 2026; drawing November 9, 2026.
• Weekly Sweepstakes 5: Entries November 9–15, 2026; drawing November 16, 2026.
• Weekly Sweepstakes 6: Entries November 16–22, 2026; drawing November 23, 2026.
• Weekly Sweepstakes 7: Entries November 23–29, 2026; drawing November 30, 2026.

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device. Entries received outside the applicable entry period are void for that Weekly Sweepstakes.

3. Eligibility

Each Weekly Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. An Acorns account is not required to enter through the free entry form.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliated entities, and any other entity directly involved in administering a Weekly Sweepstakes, together with their immediate family and household members, are ineligible. Sponsor may verify eligibility before awarding a prize. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.

4. How to Enter

An eligible person may enter a Weekly Sweepstakes by either or both of the following methods during its entry period:

(a) Automatic Streak entries. A ‘Streak’ is the number of consecutive calendar weeks for which Acorns records qualifying activity for a customer. Qualifying activity includes Recurring Investments, one-time investments, Round-Ups, paycheck splits, and having Money Manager enabled. Having Money Manager enabled extends a Streak even if no investment is made that week. An eligible Acorns customer may receive automatic entries based on the customer’s Streak. The Acorns app will display the customer’s Streak number and the number of automatic entries awarded for that week. The number of automatic entries varies with the customer’s Streak and is subject to the weekly limit in Section 5.

(b) Free-form entries. An eligible person may enter without making a purchase or investment, maintaining a Streak, or having an Acorns account by submitting the free entry form at https://www.acorns.com/streaks-commitment-rewards/. Each valid submission provides one (1) entry. A person may submit the form more than once during the applicable entry period, up to the number of entries remaining under the weekly limit. Acorns customers may use the free entry form to supplement their automatic entries.

5. Entry Limit

A person may receive no more than eight (8) entries in a Weekly Sweepstakes through automatic Streak entries, free-form submissions, or both. All entries count toward the same limit, regardless of entry method, Acorns account, email address, or device. Entries above the limit are void.

Sponsor may disqualify entries submitted using false identities, multiple accounts, automated methods, or other attempts to circumvent these Official Rules.

6. Prizes and Odds

For each Weekly Sweepstakes, ten (10) $100 bonus investment prizes and ten (10) $200 bonus investment prizes are available. Each prize will be deposited into an eligible Acorns Invest account. The total stated value of prizes offered for each Weekly Sweepstakes is $3,000. A person may win in more than one (1) Weekly Sweepstakes.

Prizes are nontransferable and will be deposited only into an eligible Acorns Invest account in the winner’s name. No payment will be made to a third party, and no cash alternative will be provided. If Sponsor determines, at any time, that a winner was ineligible to participate or claim the prize, or that the winner violated these Official Rules or obtained the prize through fraud, misrepresentation, or any other unauthorized means, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify such winner and to recover, offset, or reverse the prize deposit, including by reversing any investment made into the winner's Acorns Invest account, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Eligible entries will be allocated to the applicable prize drawings. Odds of being selected for a prize depend on the number of eligible entries in the applicable drawing. Receipt of a prize is subject to verification and the account requirements below.

7. Winner Selection, Notification, and Claim

On the Monday stated in Section 2 for each Weekly Sweepstakes, Sponsor will randomly select ten (10) potential winners for the $100 bonus investments and ten (10) potential winners for the $200 bonus investments from the eligible entries in the applicable drawings. A selected entrant is a potential winner until Sponsor verifies eligibility and satisfaction of the prize requirements.

For a potential winner who already has an eligible Acorns Invest account, Sponsor will initiate the bonus investment without requiring a separate claim.

For a potential winner who does not have an eligible Acorns Invest account, Sponsor will send a winner-notification email to the address supplied on the free entry form. To claim the prize, the potential winner must open an eligible Acorns Invest account using that same email address within seven (7) calendar days after Sponsor sends the notification. No separate email response or claim submission is required. Sponsor will process the bonus investment once the account is eligible to receive it.

If a potential winner does not open an eligible account within that seven (7) calendar-day period, or is otherwise ineligible under these Official Rules, the prize is forfeited. Sponsor will not select an alternate winner or award a forfeited prize to another person. The time for a bonus investment to appear or settle in an account may vary.

Subject to applicable law, by accepting a prize, the winner grants to Sponsor and its affiliated entities and their respective successors, assigns, and designees the irrevocable right to use and publish his/her/their name, likeness (photographic or simulated), biographical information, and details of winning for advertising, marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes in connection with this and future promotions, in any medium or format now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, permission, or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Acorns Invest Account Requirement

No Acorns account is required to enter through the free entry form. To receive a prize, a winner must have an open, active Acorns Invest account in good standing in the winner’s name. “Good standing” means that required account-opening documentation has been completed, the account has any required verified linked funding source, and the account is not locked, suspended, or otherwise restricted from receiving the bonus investment.

Opening and maintaining an Acorns Invest account requires agreement to the Acorns Program Agreement. A subscription fee applies. Acorns’ lowest-priced plan is currently Bronze at four dollars ($4) per month. No entrant is required to deposit or invest personal funds to enter a Weekly Sweepstakes.

Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Entrants should consider their objectives, risk tolerance, and Acorns’ fees before investing. Investment advisory services are offered by Acorns Advisers, LLC. Brokerage services are provided by Acorns Securities, LLC.

9. Taxes

Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes arising from acceptance of a prize. Sponsor may require a winner to provide tax information and may issue an applicable tax form if required.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor may verify entries, Streaks, accounts, and potential winners. Sponsor may disqualify a person who violates these Official Rules or tampers with an entry or drawing process.

If fraud, a technical failure, or another event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or administration of a Weekly Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the affected Weekly Sweepstakes and determine its potential winners from eligible, unaffected entries received before the event, in a manner Sponsor determines to be fair and consistent with applicable law. An issue affecting one Weekly Sweepstakes does not, by itself, affect any other Weekly Sweepstakes.

In the event of a discrepancy between these Official Rules and other materials concerning a Weekly Sweepstakes, these Official Rules will control. If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these Official Rules will otherwise remain in effect and be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained herein.

11. Entry Information

Sponsor may use information supplied with an entry to administer the applicable Weekly Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, notify potential winners, and deliver prizes, in accordance with the Acorns Privacy Policy. Providing an email address for sweepstakes administration does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive promotional marketing emails.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each entrant releases Sponsor, its affiliated entities, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising from participation in a Weekly Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of a prize, except to the extent caused by conduct that cannot lawfully be released. These parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries; failures of an app, website, network, or communications service; or errors affecting entry processing or a drawing.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, claims arising from a Weekly Sweepstakes are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in connection with entering that Weekly Sweepstakes, not to exceed ten dollars ($10). Some jurisdictions do not permit particular limitations or exclusions, in which case those limitations or exclusions may not apply.

13. Dispute Resolution

Except for a qualifying claim brought in small claims court, any dispute arising out of or relating to a Weekly Sweepstakes or its prize will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration before one (1) arbitrator under the streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures of JAMS Inc. If JAMS is unavailable, either party may elect administration by the American Arbitration Association or another mutually agreed administrator. Sponsor will pay the administrative and arbitrator fees, excluding an entrant’s travel or other personal costs. If an in-person hearing is required, it will take place in California.

Neither party may bring or participate in a class or consolidated proceeding concerning a Weekly Sweepstakes. If a court or arbitrator holds that restriction unenforceable, the agreement to arbitrate will not apply, and the dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in California. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court. Sponsor may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court with jurisdiction.

14. Governing Law

California law governs these Official Rules, without giving effect to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to Section 13, proceedings arising from a Weekly Sweepstakes must be brought in a state or federal court in California.
